Abstract

This academic article is carried out to determine the relationship that exists between ERP business management and its impact on decision-making within the food manufacturing company of the city of Manta, thus applying a quantitative research of which surveys were carried out using the Likert scale as a research instrument to two companies of tuna processing food manufacturing in the city of Manta, from which we obtained quality information according to the application of ERP systems and the impact they caused on decision-making.
