Abstract

This research aims to further analyze the relationship between strategic management and competitiveness, providing valuable information for the future development of the automotive sector in the city of Manta. Strategic management in alarm sales represents an essential tool to improve vehicle safety, At the international level sales have increased due to citizenship, At the national level it represents a constant increase in security to take care of the assets of each family, At the local level in the Tarqui Parish the dynamism of the automotive sector is evident, This article explores how the implementation of effective sales strategies for alarms influences the automotive sector of the city of Manta focused on the Tarqui Parish, analyzing both the benefits and the challenges. Through a literature review and a local case study, the impact of alarms on the reduction of vehicle thefts and on consumers' perception of safety is examined, where continuous innovation and improvement of product quality is required to stand out in the national and international market.
