The "Creation of an Eco-Marine Resort in the City of Manta" project proposes transforming sustainable tourism in Ecuador through an innovative approach. Located in Ligüiqui, a biodiversity-rich marine area, the resort combines activities such as snorkeling, diving, and environmental education with eco-friendly design using green technologies. This model aims not only to attract conscious travelers but also to generate a positive impact on the local community and environment. Key highlights include an initial annual revenue projection of $17.518.385,50 with an estimated 5% yearly growth, addressing a market where 82.35% of respondents prioritize ecological tourism.
