Abstract

This research work is based on the use of artificial intelligence in information management in the Management Information Management program at Uleam. Artificial intelligence (AI) focuses on researching and understanding how human beings understand, perceive, solve problems and make decisions, with the purpose of replicating these processes through the use of computers. Consequently, AI applications focus on challenging human intellectual activities, typically using electronic devices. That is, the goal is to imitate as many mental functions as possible using machines, with the possibility of even improving human capabilities in these aspects. The interest lies in understanding how artificial intelligence in information management methods is transforming practices. This research seeks to explore the benefits and challenges that arise from this technological approach and its impact.
