This consists of the rental of concrete pump trucks equipped with advanced technology, optimizing the casting processes of slabs and floors in housing projects. Market analysis has projected a potential demand of 7,625 hours of machinery use in 2024, with an annual growth of 2.5%, reaching 8,420 hours by 2029. On the other hand, the current supply on the market is limited to 4,680 hours annually, which generates an unsatisfied demand of 2,945 hours in the first year, decreasing slightly to 2,280 hours for 2029. 53% of this unsatisfied demand will initially be met through the acquisition of a machine with a capacity of 2,496 hours per year, with projections of expanding the service in subsequent years. The industrial warehouse intended for operations will be strategically located in Manta, province of Manabí, due to its proximity to the port and logistical accessibility. This warehouse will be leased under a long-term contract, providing an operational base for maintenance and storage activities. The distribution channel used will be direct, without intermediaries, to guarantee a close relationship with the end customers, who are civil engineers and construction companies. The machinery will be delivered directly to the construction sites, ensuring logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction. The logistical process for the import of the concrete pump truck includes its maritime transport from the port of Shanghai, China, to the port of Manta, Ecuador, using the services of the Maersk shipping line. This process will be supported by efficient customs management that will minimize nationalization times.
