Abstract: In the proposed business model, its objective is to export coffee jam with a touch of passion fruit to the State of Florida in the United States. Combining exotic and healthy products, such as coffee and passion fruit and a natural sweetener such as Stevia, it is presented as an innovative alternative for consumers who seek quality and well-being. The jam is positioned among the premium segment, standing out for its sweet and sour taste and its coffee aroma, and also provides benefits that help to a better quality of life. Its value proposition is to satisfy the demand for natural products free of artificial sweeteners and flavors, focusing on sustainability and support for the coffee-growing communities of the provinces of Manabí, Loja, Los Ríos, Cotopaxi, applying ethics and high quality ensures the freshness of the ingredients and strengthens the commitment to the environment. The business will be located in Quevedo, Los Ríos, strategically located due to its proximity to other provinces, which would help reduce costs. The proposal includes the export of 12 containers the first year with 1,656 boxes per container, with gradual growth each year, adjusting to market needs. Income generation will be based on the sale of unit bottles in Florida and on the development of solid business relationships with local distributors and points of sale.
Description: En el modelo de negocio planteado su objetivo es la exportación de la mermelada de café con toques de maracuyá a el Estado de la Florida en Estados Unidos. Combinando productos exóticos y saludables, como el café y el maracuyá y un edulcorante natural como la Stevia, se presenta como una alternativa de innovación para los consumidores los cuales buscan calidad y bienestar. La mermelada se posiciona entre las de segmento premium, destacándose por su saber agridulce y su aroma a café demás, aporta beneficios que ayudan a una mejor calidad de vida.
