Abstract: The business model called “Business Model for the Export of Ecuadorian Pitahaya Pulp to the German Market” aims to evaluate the commercial and financial viability of this initiative, with the purpose of marketing and exporting the product, taking advantage of the growth in demand for exotic fruits in Europe. The project seeks to position Ecuadorian pitahaya pulp as a high-quality option in local German markets, standing out for its sustainable origin and excellent flavor. The target market is focused on the city of Hamburg, covering a population between 12 and 65 years old, a demographic group with a growing preference for natural and quality food alternatives. In this context, the value proposition is defined as vacuum-packed frozen fruit pulp, which not only allows the preservation of the fruit but also facilitates distribution in a market that demands products that are easy to store and use, which is why the marketing of pitahaya pulp is contemplated in 250-gram presentations, with a competitive price compared to tropical fruits available on the market, which do not include pitahaya pulp in their catalogs.
