Abstract: The present study analyzes the implementation of the chloride method by VIS spectrophotometry, using three different water samples: bottled purified water, drinking water, and surface water, evaluating low (60 mg/L), medium (100 mg/L), and high (200 mg/L) concentration levels. The statistical analysis was carried out using the ANOVA test, through which the results confirmed the suitability of the method, with recovery percentages (%R) exceeding 97%, relative variation coefficients (%CVr) within acceptable limits, and high reproducibility across different matrices. These indicators guarantee that the method meets the required quality standards, standing out for its precision, accuracy, and robustness. The incorporation of this methodology strengthens analytical capabilities for water quality monitoring and control, complying with national and international regulations, and contributing to the development of reliable processes in environmental and sanitary management.
Description: El presente estudio analiza la implementación del método de cloruros por espectrofotometría VIS, utilizando tres diferentes muestras de agua; agua purificada envasada, agua potable y agua superficial, evaluando niveles de concentración bajos (60 mg/L), medios (100 mg/L) y altos (200 mg/L).
