Abstract: | A control system is a fundamental basis in industries since they have a significant advantage in having information and data. Therefore, several mechanisms are developed and implemented to collect and store system usage data. But, nowadays where obtaining information is not a challenge, it is often difficult to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant data. After deciding what data should be collected and implementing data collection mechanisms, the next step in the process would be the analysis of this large amount of data in the processes of the Pespesca industrial plant. This thesis work was carried out based on research from books applied to the area of automation and in addition to having the support of manuals from equipment manufacturers with which the construction of a Control System for the analysis of ammonia compressor behavior in the Montecristi Fishing Industry is allowed; which consists of installing the necessary instrumentation for data acquisition, taking predictive measurements and being able to monitor the ammonia compressors, a descriptive, quantitative, non-experimental research was carried out. This system consists of embedded hardware for local data acquisition and control using the following communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP IP. The result of this system is the acquisition of data that allows access to information on ammonia compressors. It was concluded that through the construction of the control system with predictive maintenance analysis, industrial processes were controlled locally, allowing plant maintenance personnel (maintenance managers) to avoid damage to the ammonia compressors. Thus, maintenance personnel will have locally recorded information on the performance of the equipment. |

Por lo tanto, se desarrollan e implementan varios mecanismos para recopilar y almacenar datos de uso del sistema. Pero, en la actualidad donde obtener información no es un desafío, a menudo es difícil diferenciar entre datos relevantes e irrelevantes. |
