Deportes de aventura y su incidencia en el perfil del turista nacional Caso: cantón San Vicente.

Abstract

This research is developed in three chapters with the objective of highlighting the importance of adventure tourism, which includes different activities that benefit the local economy and contribute to environmental conservation. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, the research reveals a high interest in this type of activities especially among young people and adults, pointing out the need to improve promotion and safety information. In this analysis it will also be possible to visualize historical and descriptive methods that were used in the execution of surveys and interviews. The design of a manual for adventure sports is proposed based on the regulations for extreme sports, which regulate their safety elements and compliance. This technical proposal not only seeks to develop a useful resource for adventure sports practitioners, but also to contribute to the growth of sustainable tourism in San Vicente, taking advantage of its natural resources and promoting a responsible approach to nature. An adventure sports manual is suggested with the objective of standardizing procedures and promoting sustainable tourism, incorporating the local community and enhancing the travel experience. To conclude, the project emphasizes the ability of adventure sports to broaden the range of tourism in San Vicente and promote economic and social growth in the area.
