La planificación estratégica como herramienta de gestión financiera en los emprendimientos de la parroquia “San Vicente”

Abstract

This research is based on strategic planning as a tool to optimize financial management in businesses in the San Vicente parish. It highlights how strategic planning facilitates the alignment of objectives with growth goals, allowing entrepreneurs to adapt to a competitive market. The objective of this research was to analyze strategic planning as a useful tool in the financial management of businesses in the San Vicente parish. The methodology used in this research included documentary and descriptive methods, as well as surveys of 52 local entrepreneurs and interviews with experts, revealing limited knowledge about strategic models and financial management. Most of the businesses are individual, dedicated to crafts or food, and face low incomes due to a lack of adequate planning.
