Abstract

The research highlights the relevance of strategic management in the current business context, where the ability to adapt to changes and make sound decisions is essential for the long-term survival and success of organizations. This strategic approach is key to ensuring the success and positioning of the company in the market, as demonstrated by Vero Mar Kilómetro 8. Regarding the methodology used, the study has a quantitative approach, with the aim of identifying factors that directly affect the organization and its strategic management practices. This approach is oriented towards the collection of numerical data that allow for statistical analysis to obtain representative conclusions from the analyzed set. For data collection, structured surveys with closed questions and Likert scales were used, which are designed to measure the perception of employees on the strategic management practices implemented in the company. The sample consisted of 35 employees, selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling, prioritizing those with greater knowledge of the company's business activities. The data were analyzed using SPSS 27 software, applying descriptive statistical techniques, in order to present the results in a clear and quantifiable manner. In addition, the reliability of the instrument was verified by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which guaranteed the internal consistency of the applied scales.
