Abstract: | This research, inspired by student engagement, aims to analyze activities to strengthen student academic engagement through innovative educational management practices. The main objective of this project was to analyze innovative management to improve academic engagement among Business Administration students at ULEAM Sucre Extension. The research seeks to identify pedagogical methods and practices that promote active student participation and motivation, aligning the educational process with the needs of the labor market. The methodology employed was based on a quantitative approach, using surveys administered to a sample of 117 Business Administration students. The research tools designed allowed for the evaluation of student perceptions of teaching quality, the use of new technologies, and the effectiveness of implemented pedagogical activities. Aspects such as class participation, perceptions of teaching methods, and the influence of technologies on academic performance were analyzed. |
