Abstract

The general summary of this research project focuses on analyzing how strategic management influences the quality of a company's customer service. This organization specializes in comprehensive risk and security management, offering solutions tailored to the specific needs of its users. The study highlights that strategic management is essential to ensuring quality service, as it allows the company to establish a clear direction through its mission, vision, and objectives. This includes empowering employees, improving service quality, and fostering continuous innovation. Strategic management not only helps entities adapt to environmental changes and identify opportunities, but is also key to continuously improving customer satisfaction, which translates into greater loyalty. Therefore, the efficient use of resources and personalized customer service are also highlighted aspects that drive the company's competitiveness. This research, developed with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, included a sample of 23 people made up of 12 regular customers, 10 employees, and a manager who will be interviewed.
