Abstract

This project focuses on analyzing the market for the creation of a dog daycare center in the downtown Leónidas Plaza neighborhood, where growing pet ownership has generated a significant demand for specialized care services. With the increase in dog adoption, owners face the need for safe and reliable spaces to leave their pets while they fulfill their daily responsibilities. Through the use of the CANVAS Canvas, the project proposes designing a business model that allows for the identification and analysis of key service components, facilitating understanding of the proposal and communication with stakeholders. This visual approach ensures that crucial aspects such as customer service, animal welfare, and financial sustainability are addressed. Research will be conducted through surveys of local dog owners, with the aim of understanding their needs, preferences, and consumer behaviors. The results of this analysis will allow for market segmentation and the design of specific services that meet the expectations of groups such as long-hour workers, families, and frequent travelers. The project seeks to establish a dog daycare that not only meets the demand for quality services but also fosters customer trust and loyalty, contributing to the well-being of pets and business success in a competitive environment.
