Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to develop a dynamic web portal using the Odoo platform. This portal will focus on informing customers about the products and services available at Óptica Visión Center, located in Quito. The objective is to position the brand and establish visibility and connection with customers. Various theoretical methods were used, such as the analytical and historical-logical methods. An empirical method was also used through a survey, which was administered to a sample of 248 customers. Information was obtained about their experiences and satisfaction with the quality of the products and services available at the optical store, in order to gather direct feedback from them. The results show that implementing a web portal has a very positive impact on the online presence, improving both customer acquisition and the quality of the service offered. At the same time, it is a strategy that not only attracts more visitors to the store but also helps position and strengthen the brand image.
