Implementación del taller / laboratorio de la cocina manabita: mejoramiento y adquisición de utensilios de cocina.

Abstract

The implementation of the workshop/laboratory includes the adaptation of the physical space and the acquisition of kitchen utensils and equipment necessary to recreate optimal working conditions. Therefore, the utensils to be purchased are 2 bwol of different sizes, 3 tongs, 3 steel balloon whisks, 1 set of cake molds of various sizes, 2 frying pans, 3 spoons, 2 drainers. This will allow students and participants to develop practical and technical skills that respect culinary traditions, improving the quality of gastronomic training. By improving the tools and learning environment, an enriching educational experience is guaranteed that preserves cultural identity and strengthens the professional development of future chefs. Additionally, the project contributes to enhancing knowledge about native ingredients and techniques, promoting research and dissemination of Manabi cuisine as a cultural value. And that allows us to promote gastronomic tourism by rescuing traditional recipes.
