Abstract: | Learning environments are essential in the intellectual and cognitive development of students in higher education, so laboratory/workshop practice scenarios are of vital importance for creativity and autonomy in future technologists. The equipment, didactic means and expertise of the teachers are essential to effectively develop a practical class, the equipment, technology and methodology, aligned with the objectives, are the success of the development of a practical laboratory exercise. Given the present need for adequate equipment of the cooking workshop laboratory, the design and assembly of a functional metal structure was proposed to delimit the areas of the workshop /Laboratory specialized in Ecuadorian Cuisine and the adaptation of this, which meets the basic requirements for teaching and practices of the students. The work is experimental, the observation and collection of economicand qualitative elements of quality was used to obtain quality materials and prices that adapt to budgets, the supervision and control of the manufacture and start-up was apermanent analysis to achieve the objective of the work. |
Description: | Los ambientes de aprendizaje son esencial en el desarrollo intelectual, cognoscitivo de los estudiantes en la educación superior, por ello los escenarios de prácticas de laboratorios/talleres, son de vital importancia para la creatividad y autonomía en los futuros tecnólogos. |
