Abstract: Based on the experience and need of the gastronomy workshop of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí located in the extension of Bahia, we must take into account the start-up and operation of the gas plant and have the safety standards, for the viability of the project since this allows us to analyze different factors such as the evaluation of the profitability analysis, Identify environmental technical risks and comply with safety regulations, hinder resources and see their sustainability that promotes the improvement of the Gastronomy workshop for students of the Gastronomy branch. In summary with this; is to ensure and identify critical aspects and thus minimize risks in the university student environment and thus succeed in the project, thus ensuring that the University will have functional laboratories for the students of this promotion and those who will come more in the future, thus minimizing the risk of an accident in a university/educational environment and its environment, this way they will be safer where they can continue teaching our university community with greater security in the face of any gastronomic incident and thus leave a legacy that will serve future generations of students, who will surely fall in love in the future with this great branch that is GASTRONOMY.
Description: Basado en la experiencia y la necesidad para el taller de gastronomía de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí ubicada en la extensión de Bahía, debemos tomar en cuenta la puesta en marcha y funcionamiento de la centralina de gas y tener los reglamentos de seguridad, para la viabilidad del proyecto ya que esto nos permite analizar diferentes factores como evaluación de los análisis de rentabilidad, identificar los riesgos técnicos ambientales y cumplir con las normas de seguridad, obstaculizar los recursos ver su sostenibilidad que nos promueva la mejora del taller de gastronomía para los estudiantes de la rama de Gastronomía.
