Abstract: | Technological evolution has significantly transformed administrative and academic processes in educational institutions, enabling the automation of tasks that previously required extensive manual management. In this context, the Faculty of Life Sciences and Technology at the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí faces challenges related to the allocation of dates and resources for student project presentations. Currently, this process is carried out manually, using basic tools such as spreadsheets, which generates inefficiencies, frequent errors, and a high administrative burden. The increase in student enrollment and the complexity of tasks associated with managing schedules, classrooms, and courts have highlighted the need to implement a technological system that centralizes and automates these activities. The lack of a digital solution not only affects the productivity of the staff in charge, but also generates delays and dissatisfaction among the students and faculty involved. This research proposes the development and implementation of a web-based system that facilitates the management of the support process, addressing current limitations through the adoption of modern technological tools. This system seeks to improve administrative efficiency, reduce errors, and offer a more satisfactory experience for all users. |

En este contexto, la Facultad de Ciencias de la Vida y Tecnología de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí enfrenta desafíos relacionados con la asignación de fechas y recursos para las sustentaciones de los proyectos de los estudiantes. |
