Resumen : The present research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the effect of the addition of multispecific probiotics MSP (Lactobacillus vulgaris, Saccharomyces cereviciae, Bacillus clausii) in the diet on the productive parameters in pigs at the weaning stage, in the canton of El Carmen. For this purpose, four treatments were evaluated: T1 (Lactobacillus vulgaris), T2 (Saccharomyces cereviciae), T3 (Bacillus clausii) and T4 (Control) arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design. The variables evaluated per axis were: weekly and total weight gain, feed conversion and benefit/cost ratio. The results determined that there were statistical differences for total weight gain, numerically there was a greater weight gain in T2 (Saccharomyces cereviciae) with 18,57 kg and T3 (Bacillus clasuii) with 18,11 kg, in pigs in the development stage due to the effect of the addition of multispecific probiotics. The feed conversion index (FCI) differed from the control (p<0.05) in pigs at the weaning stage due to the effect of the addition of multispecific probiotics; however, the control treatment (T4) showed numerically the highest feed conversion value (1,65) and therefore the least efficient. T2 (Saccharomyces cereviciae) with 1,38 and T3 (Bacillus clasuii) with 1,42 were the best in this productive parameter evaluated. T3 (Bacillus clasuii), with $466.69 USD, had the highest production cost. The lowest benefit/cost ratio was in treatment 2 (Saccharomyces cereviciae) with 1.25, that is, for each dollar invested, 25 cents of profit was obtained.
