Educación Financiera y uso de las TIC´s a los socios de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "La Benéfica", período 2023.

Abstract

Digitalization in the banking sector opens up a world of possibilities for both institutions and consumers. This research was conducted to create an educational guide to improve the use of ICTs for members of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Benéfica" (La Benéfica Savings and Credit Cooperative), whose parent company is located in El Carmen. The objective of this guide is to introduce members to useful technological tools that will be helpful when carrying out activities within the Cooperative's existing digital platforms. This guide aims to improve the user experience by providing information on the management of the company's existing managers through their electronic devices, making it easier for them to carry out their transactions directly and avoiding having to go to the cooperative in person. For this project, we used inductive and deductive methods, which allowed us to observe both the general and specific areas we will address. We also used interview and questionnaire techniques, which led us to conclude that the Cooperative's members lack knowledge regarding the different platforms it offers.
