Abstract

An action plan is crucial for guiding complex processes, such as mergers and acquisitions in transport cooperatives, as it helps improve operational efficiency and sustainability. Therefore, the objective of this research is to design an effective Action Plan for the period until 2024 to ensure the success of the merger, addressing the critical deficiencies identified. Using methods such as historical and theoretical analysis, as well as diagnostics through interviews and surveys, a view of the challenges faced was obtained. The results revealed a lack of external advice and financial limitations as the main problems. Therefore, the implementation of a detailed action plan and specific guidance is recommended to address these critical areas, in addition to improving organizational coordination and cohesion. Ultimately, this approach will strengthen the management of the merged cooperative, ensuring its sustainable growth and allowing it to face future challenges with greater resilience and efficiency.
