Abstract: This research project was proposed with the objective of designing a production process guide, which would serve to gain a little more knowledge. This guide is a strategic tool for PROBALSA LTDA, which in one way or another will help them address and solve the countless problems that arise within the company. During the development of this research project, we were able to identify the inconsistencies it presents, namely a lack of liquidity. The methods used for this research were deductive, analytical, descriptive, and inductive. Two techniques were also applied: the interview and the internal control questionnaire, with the aim of identifying the problems this company faces. Finally, through the analysis of the company's historical facts, interpretation, diagnosis, and justification, a production process guide was designed to improve liquidity at PROBALSA LTDA.
