Abstract: The purpose of this integrative project is to develop a web application for sales management in Fiestanaticos Carmen business, with a focus on solving the problem of sales management, such as creation, storage, search, scheduling of the different sales operations, which through physical operations generates extra time in customer service, there is a gap of disagreement for the staff as well as for customers who are waiting to be attended. To solve this problem, the different techniques for data collection were applied, such as the interview that was directed to the owners of the business who are involved in all areas of attention of said business, and the surveys were directed to a percentage of customers who have loyalty with them, with that information obtained by the data collection techniques it was possible to define the requirements that will be implemented and the shortcomings to be solved. Finally, it was possible to develop the web application for sales anagement in the business of festive events, since by applying the cascade methodology of the different phases, the system manages to fulfill the functions in the tests of cold and real data such as registering customers, personnel, reporting, product registration, service registration, service scheduling and sales.
Description: El presente proyecto de tipo integrador tiene como finalidad el desarrollo de una aplicación web para la gestión de ventas en Fiestanaticos negocio carmense, con un enfoque en resolver la problemática de la gestión de ventas, como creación, almacenamiento, búsqueda, agendamiento de las distintas operaciones de ventas, que mediante operaciones físicas se genera un tiempo extra en la atención de los clientes, habiendo una brecha de inconformidad para el personal como para los clientes quienes están a la espera de ser atendidos.
