Implementación de sistemas de sonido multiroom para la difusión de la información en el área técnica de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro De Manabí Extensión Chone.

Abstract

The objective of the study is the implementation of a multiroom sound system in the technical area of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí, Chone extension, to optimize the dissemination of information in classrooms and corridors on the third floor of Block B. This project seeks to improve internal communication and create a more functional environment for academic and administrative activities, ensuring uniform and high-quality sound coverage. To this end, an assessment of the existing infrastructure was carried out, identifying the possibilities of integration with the previous equipment, and the appropriate components were selected based on the technical and budgetary requirements. The study adopted a practical methodology that included inspection of the facilities, analysis of the electrical and network infrastructure, and design of the cabling system following the TIA/EIA-568 standard. Likewise, a comparative analysis of equipment available on the market was carried out, selecting the Yamaha MusicCast R-N602 as the most suitable multiroom controller, given its performance, compatibility with virtual assistants and remote control.
