Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of financial analysis on decision-making within the company COMERCIALIZADORA INTERNACIONAL DE MARISCOS MARGRANJA S.A., located in Santo Domingo. The problem identified lies in the lack of adequate tools to perform an effective financial analysis, which limits the management team's ability to accurately assess the company's economic performance and make timely decisions. The methodology applied was qualitative and quantitative, using the inductive and deductive methods. Techniques such as interviews with the manager and a questionnaire for the administrative-financial staff were used to obtain relevant data on the current financial situation. As a result of the research, it was determined that the company lacks a structured financial analysis system, which hinders strategic decision-making. Therefore, a practical financial analysis guide was designed, which includes procedures and tools such as key financial ratios, to provide the management team with the necessary knowledge to more accurately assess the company's economic status, make informed decisions, and promote MARGRANJA's economic growth.
