Abstract

This research work aims to develop a web application for the administration of pig breeding at the “Bendición de Jerusalem” Family Farm, to streamline each of the processes for users, facilitating the work and all the procedures that were previously presented. shortcomings. The main problem presented was the lack of organization and control in the management of information and financial resources related to pig farming, which had serious consequences for the health of the animals, the efficiency of production and the profitability of the company. company. Bibliographic and documentary research were used as types of research for a respective elaboration of the theoretical framework. Field research and applied research were also substantial to obtain information on the problem in real time within the pig farm and in this way achieve solve these problems. Based on the research methods selected for data collection, they were the quantitative-qualitative, statistical and analytical methods, these being of great help to analyze the information obtained from the techniques used such as surveys and interviews, applied to the respective personnel of the company. The chosen population was directly the six managers and the administrator of said farm since they were considered the most suitable personnel to offer reliable information. Among the main results of the web system, a considerable reduction in time was obtained in each of the company's activities, providing greater security and organization of data, in addition to achieving stable financial management to improve productivity and performance.
