Abstract: | The aim is to address the needs of independent textile producers in the Canton of La Concordia, using a company known as SANFER as a reference. Through exhaustive research utilizing the inductive-deductive method, two fundamental causes have been identified that generate significant challenges in the current management system: first, there is a noticeable deficit in data control, directly impacting the payroll processes, particularly for employees who do not have a fixed status within the company. This gap in systematic documentation creates the possibility of payment errors and complicates the evaluation of these workers' progress. Secondly, there is a substantial lack of information regarding available merchandise, affecting both inventory management and order fulfillment. The absence of a system that accurately and thoroughly documents information related to warehouse products has led to situations where employees are unable to complete orders due to uncertainty about product availability. This issue directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of business operations. Given this scenario, the implementation of an ERP system integrated with a cloud-based database is proposed, providing a comprehensive solution to the identified problems using the waterfall methodology. This advanced technological approach will not only address the deficits in data control and the lack of information on merchandise but will also promote greater operational efficiency, with a mobile and web application for independent textile producers in the Canton of La Concordia. |
