Sistema de video vigilancia con reconocimiento facial para control de seguridad en el local comercial Robotia del cantón el Carmen.

Abstract

The main objective of this degree project is the development of a video surveillance system using IP cameras, this to improve access control within the ROBOTIA commercial establishment, which is located in the canton of El Carmen, Manabí, Ecuador. This system will have facial recognition that facilitates the identification of people and increases business security. Initially, the activities carried out by the business are described along with the current state of security they have on the premises, identifying the causes and effects they face. Subsequently, information was extracted from various bibliographic sources for a better understanding of the variables of the topic and tools that make it possible to extract relevant information for the project. Finally, the PPDIOO methodology developed by Cisco is used for the design and implementation of the network, taking into consideration the infrastructure and arrangement of the cameras, which guarantees surveillance in the areas agreed upon with the owner of the establishment and a favorable location for the devices.
