Abstract: The project, which focuses on a web-based sales management system for Chiflería Salomé in the canton of El Carmen, aims to address the issues the business is currently facing related to inventory control, billing, and inefficiency in order processing. Inadequate sales management leads to numerous problems, such as inventory shortages during sales, incorrect invoice generation, and complications in order registration, all of which result in customer dissatisfaction when their purchases cannot be fulfilled. The proposed solution is a web system to manage these business processes. This system is intended for both the customers and the administrator of Chiflería Salomé. It features an online store where customers can place orders and view stock and prices. The administrator interface allows the creation of user accounts, addition of new products, checking of pending orders, and generation of corresponding invoices. This project was carried out through bibliographic and field research with a qualitative-quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews and surveys to study, analyze, and understand the issues at Chiflería Salomé. The responses obtained were used to formulate a reliable proposal to address the identified problem.
Description: El proyecto que tiene como tema sistema web para la gestión de venta de la Chiflería Salomé en el cantón El Carmen, pretende dar solución a la problemática en la que en la que se encuentra el negocio, relacionado con el control de inventario, facturación e ineficiencia en el registro de pedidos. La gestión inadecuada de las ventas conlleva a que exista un sin número de problemas, en el inventario existe escasez de los productos al momento de realizar una venta, también existe la generación de facturas con datos incorrectos y la toma de pedidos que se complica al registrar cada uno de los mismos, esto genera insatisfacción de los clientes cuando sus compras no pueden ser satisfechas.
