Abstract: | The present research addresses the interrelation between Human Talent Management and Corporate Social Responsibility at the IESS Chone, the main objective was based on analyzing how a strategic and effective administration of human capital can optimize CSR practices, promoting both organizational development such as the positive impact on the community. A mixed methodology was used that included surveys and interviews applied to IESS Chone staff, the results highlighted that, although there is a general recognition of the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility, its implementation and internal communication present areas for improvement, in addition, They identified challenges such as lack of resources, bureaucratic processes and limited professional development opportunities for staff. The study proposes a comprehensive model that aligns Human Talent Management strategies with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility, promoting values such as transparency, equity and ethical commitment, the conclusion is that effective management of human talent, accompanied by solid policies of Corporate Social Responsibility, can not only improve the work environment and talent retention, but also strengthen the relationship of the institution with the local community. |
Description: | La presente investigación aborda la interrelación entre la Gestión de Talento Humano y la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en el IESS Chone, el objetivo principal se basó en analizar cómo una administración estratégica y eficaz del capital humano puede optimizar las prácticas de RSE, promoviendo tanto el desarrollo organizacional como el impacto positivo en la comunidad. Se utilizó una metodología mixta que incluyó encuestas y entrevistas aplicadas al personal del IESS Chone, los resultados destacaron que, si bien existe un reconocimiento general sobre la importancia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, su implementación y comunicación interna presentan áreas de mejora, además, se identificaron desafíos como la falta de recursos, procesos burocráticos y oportunidades limitadas de desarrollo profesional para el personal. |
