Abstract: | The present research thesis project had the general objective of "Investigating the relationship between the work environment and productivity at the Leopat company in the Chone canton." For the execution of this project, it was established that the research is of a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the work environment and business productivity, and it is descriptive in nature. Additionally, a population of 16 people was chosen, and the entire population was selected as the sample due to its small size, dividing it into 15 employees and the manager. To carry out the present research project, research methods such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, and bibliographic were established. Techniques such as observation, a survey directed at employees, and an interview with the company manager were also used, which were fundamental during the data collection process. |
Description: | El presente proyecto de titulación modalidad investigación tuvo como objetivo general “Investigar la relación entre el clima laboral y la productividad en la empresa Leopat del cantón Chone”. Para la realización de este proyecto se estableció que la investigación es de enfoque mixto cuantitativo y cualitativo para obtener una comprensión integral de la relación entre el clima laboral y la productividad empresarial y de tipo descriptivo. Además, se optó por una población de 16 personas y como muestra se escogió a la totalidad de la población debido al ser muy reducida, y se la dividió en 15 empleados y al gerente. |
