Abstract: Dengue is an arboviral disease with global impact, which is endemic in more than 100 countries that represent 50% of the world's population. General objective: Develop a systematic study through a bibliographic review on dengue and determine the main nursing interventions carried out for patients with dengue. The methodology used in the study is of a documentary type, based on bibliographic review on indicated bases. In this method, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical methods were used with several inclusion criteria such as articles of scientific origin, of the last 10 years, both in English and Spanish. Results obtained from the sample of 38 investigations related to the topic of study, it is evident that the main database was Pubmed where the most information was extracted with 52.6%, followed by Elsevier with 21.1%, continuing with Scielo with 13.2% and MSP with 5.26% and both Dialnet, WHO BVS with 2.6% each. Conclusion, the study carried out on dengue was able to identify the main risk factors of this disease, such as encephalomyelitis, hypotension, myalgia, myocarditis, bradycardia, encephalitis, transverse myelitis and moneuropathy. These occur more frequently when the disease cannot be improved. according to the nursing interventions provided, which is why it is vitally important to take into account each of these activities of the nurse.
