El femicidio: ineficacia e incumplimiento de los mecanismos de reparación integral. análisis de caso. cantón Manta 2022.

Abstract

This thesis was conceived to prepare a new study document based on the topic: "Femicide: Ineffectiveness and Non-Compliance with Comprehensive Reparation Mechanisms. Case Analysis. Manta Canton 2022." A systematic review of our legislation, as well as the regulations of the international conventions and treaties related to the subject, was conducted. This work has been distributed uniformly into four chapters, which in turn have been developed in accordance with our faculty's study guide for project development. It is worth noting that we conducted a case study, which was selected as an explanatory model of the current reality regarding violent incidents committed against women in our country, since this issue is not unrelated to the rate of violent deaths caused by the crime of femicide. The project aims to serve as a study guide to understand why these types of crimes continue to occur despite the fact that we live in a globalized world where everyone has the same opportunities. We are also providing innovative ideas that may be used in other similar projects.
