Análisis de la calidad en la prestación de servicios turísticos de la parroquia Crucita para el planteamiento de estrategias de mejora.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality in the provision of tourist services in the Crucita parish for the proposal of improvement strategies, this due to the fact that the majority of the population of Crucita is dedicated to tourism and artisanal fishing; However, it is tourism that stands out the most, due to the sources of income it generates, transforming the economy of the community and the social environment, making profound changes due to the interaction with different cultures due to the tourist activity present in the area and main generator of income to society. The research is descriptive, exploratory and field, methods, techniques and tools were used such as: bibliographic review and official documents, surveys and interviews, descriptive statistics, matrices and the Microsoft Excel program was used for data processing. The results reveal that the authorities have not carried out training campaigns in tourism quality management both for the inhabitants and for the tourism service providers to allow the reactivation of tourism in Crucita, thus achieving a greater strengthening of this activity.
