Abstract

This business plan aims to apply the knowledge gained from the Tourism Business Administration degree to a venture that generates excellent profitability in a specific market. This project is based on the development of tourism products and the promotion of Ecuador's various attractions. The Tour Operator will be dedicated to marketing tourism products and will also act as an intermediary for complementary services such as vehicle rentals, lodging, and water sports, which are highly sought after by tourists. The business plan will be introduced to the Ecuadorian market, with a total population of 17,543,904 and an economically active population of 8,379,355, where the tourism products to be offered will be targeted. The plan explains the product development process, marketing, advertising, and external communication strategies, logistics, strategic alliances, and an analysis of the organization's members, including the professionals and collaborators needed for the Tour Operator to carry out its commercial activities.
