Abstract: | Atlantis restaurant was born with the idea and proposal for the creation of a restaurant as a result of an existing need in the San Patricio I sector due to the non-existence of a nearby restaurant square. This entrepreneurial project seeks to provide daily lunches and some à la carte dishes, for the target audience, which is mainly for the residents, administrators and workers of the San Patricio I urbanization who seek the daily restoration service. This target audience was surveyed to know in detail the tastes and preferences at the time of restoration, the valuable information to contribute to the development of the value proposition where we seek to satisfy the needs with essential elements through safety, trust and quality, maintaining our of the satisfied and loyal future customers. Its facade will have a Gothic and Romanesque style respecting the urban context of the area as well as its interior design with its contemporary architectural style with classic elements and modern touches accompanied by fish tanks and vegetation, in this way we ensure that our clients feel in a comfortable environment. nice, cozy and encourages the relaxation they need on their lunch hour. The studies where the proposal for the creation of a restaurant is developed is the preferential area called San Patricio II due to the proximity of future potential clients that are around the sector and the urbanization itself that continues in the process of its development. The study has been carried out with various evaluation instruments such as field research, surveys, interviews and bibliographic sources with these research methods help us to clarify, identify and know the development of the different stages and efficiently check the viability and profitability as well. Being has generated a business plan and its projection for 5 years of execution, being the result of the financial technical study over time, it gave us a successful viability. |

Este proyecto de emprendimiento busca brindar almuerzos diarios y algunos platos a la carta, para el público objetivo que son principalmente para los residentes, administrativos y trabajadores de la urbanización San Patricio I qué buscan el servicio de la restauración diaria. |
