Estudio y propuesta para la creación de una cafetería temática en el cantón Manta, provincia Manabí Ecuador.

Abstract

Tourism is an economic activity that has been developing worldwide, and every day the income of the countries that are engaged in it improves. And it is that, during the course of the year 2020, this activity, like others, did not work with total normality, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which brought with it many business closures and economic complications worldwide. This project focuses on carrying out a feasibility study for the creation of a cafeteria, which provides medicinal and traditional food services, drinks and infusions, provision of books without surcharge within the establishment and rental of a special space in the premises so that the o clients carry out any type of celebration. This entrepreneurial project arises from the need to implement a healthy food service, which the city of Manta currently lacks, thus seeking to satisfy the inhabitants of the town and all those who come to the establishment. To determine the viability of the project, a market study is carried out that allows revealing a diagnosis around the current situation based on supply and demand, in addition to this, a technical and economic study is also carried out. The results provided by this study allow inferring that the entrepreneurship project is viable, since it has a majority acceptance by the respondents, and it is also feasible, considering the results provided by the financial studies.
