Abstract

In this project, by raising as a topic "Management of the quality of human talent and its impact on the services offered by the hotels in the center of the city of Manta, it is intended services offered by hotels located in the central area of the city of Manta, with the sole objective that these companies can improve and innovate, contributing to the strengthening of their corporate image and their economic income.
