Abstract

This academic research study is created with the aim of developing and setting out a sustainable tourism development program, which is aimed at tourism service providers, who in most cases are local people, typical of the place. object of study. It must be taken into consideration that this research project is a management tool that establishes a step by step to be able to execute said proposal by any group of people that considers it necessary and beneficial in terms of economic, social and environmental development, which in this case is carried out on the beach of San Mateo, parish of the Manta canton. The problem found in this case, which is intended to be covered with this work, which is aimed at finding solutions that benefit the service providers that work in this attractive place, so that they can execute a sustainable and sustainable tourism to the long of the time. Indeed, the methodology applied in the study was in situ, which was carried out following an established sequence in the information collection tools (qualitative and quantitative) which contribute significantly to the subject of study. Finally, in the expected and obtained results, the design of a sustainable tourism development program is obtained, which is reviewed and approved by the expert panel on the subject.
