Abstract

This project is the "Creation of a company dedicated to the production of handicrafts made with sparkle stone in the city of Manta." This is how the idea of starting a small business was born, allowing us to advance the need for a handicraft product that would attract attention due to its novelty, elegance, and appeal to local residents. The target market for this product is made up of people aged 18 to 45 and older who are looking to purchase a handicraft product. It should be noted that the target market size is 18.33%, equivalent to 11,325 people, which allows me to obtain a monthly consumption projection in Manta, since they could generate a total of 1,936 units. In the technical study, or so-called operations, the product description and design were established, which showcases the brand and its characteristics. It is important to know the requirements needed to launch the project, such as equipment and machinery.
