Abstract: | The objective was "to determine how experiential marketing affects customer satisfaction in the hotel sector in Manta", it was determined that 81.6% of guests agree that hotels take care of physical integrity as a priority, they feel satisfied with the quality of services they receive from hotel companies. A structured survey was designed under the dimensions of the study through a Likert scale with a population of (383). This study was supported by a mixed qualitative and quantitative method with various types of descriptive, exploratory, and correlational research. The instrument was validated by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient by means of the SPSS version 25 statistical program with an interval of 14 items, demonstrating a reliability of 0.840, the general hypothesis was tested with the Rho Spearman coefficient obtaining a result of 0.722, achieving perfect research. |
Description: | El objetivo fue “determinar de qué manera el marketing experiencial incide en la satisfacción del cliente del sector hotelero de Manta”, se determinó que el 81,6% de huéspedes concuerdan que los hoteles velan por la integridad física como prioridad, se sienten satisfechos con la calidad de servicios que reciben por parte de las empresas hoteleras. Se diseñó una encuesta estructurada bajo las dimensiones del estudio a través de una escala de Likert con una población de (383). |
