Abstract: | Digital marketing today is a tool that is frequently used by companies of various kinds, with the aim of having a closer relationship with customers and knowing more about their needs. In this context, the current research focused on determining the level of influence of digital marketing and customer acquisition in the company ANEDU Renta Car, Manta canton, arises. In reference to the applied methodology, survey and interview questionnaires were used to collect the opinion points of the people involved in this activity. As such, a survey questionnaire was applied to 115 people in the Manta canton. As a result, it is obtained that the company ANEDU Renta Car uses digital tools quite acceptably, but it is still necessary to continue along this line of work to achieve greater benefits. Similarly, those consulted also agree that the use of digital marketing greatly helps to attract customers. Likewise, it is recognized that the means by which the information received is mostly through social networks. The content of these publications must be related to: promotions of services and advertising videos about the experience of customers performing activities. At the end of this investigation, a plan of activities is designed that has the purpose of attracting clients in the company ANEDU Renta Car. Among the main activities proposed are: training for employees, internal evaluations, among others. |
