Abstract: | This research aims to examine the incidence of social networks in the context of the covid 19 pandemic in the hotel sector of Barbasquillo in the city of Manta and how they influenced the digital marketing of hotels in that sector. The pandemic began in March 2020 and at that moment the hotels began to include strategies that help carry the economic impact in this area, for this a descriptive and exploratory investigation was carried out with a qualitative and quantitative approach visualized in surveys carried out to a population of 5 hotels in the area and a sample of 40 clients, a survey was applied to analyze data on digital advertising marketing that showed as a result that 89% of social networks made it easier for guests of the aforementioned hotel sector to obtain promotions, values and other references of their lodging, thus denoting a great influence of them. |
Description: | Esta investigación pretende examinar la incidencia de las redes sociales en el contexto de la pandemia del covid 19 en el sector hotelero de Barbasquillo de la ciudad de Manta y cómo influyeron en el marketing digital de los hoteles de dicho sector. La pandemia comenzó en marzo del 2020 y los hoteles empezaron a incluir estrategias que ayuden a conllevar el impacto económico en este ámbito. |
