Abstract: Reactive arthritis is a pathology that is difficult to diagnose at the beginning, because it does not have an apparent common cause that describes it, in addition to the fact that there are not many cases in Ecuador, complicating the study of the same, however with the follow-up of the case and by ruling out pathologies, it can be diagnosed and treated with good criteria. It has a low incidence worldwide, but it is prevalent in young patients, both in men and women. This case study details the patient's condition from the moment he is admitted to this health unit (Hospital General IESS Santo Domingo, its evolution and the different complications presented by the simile, It starts with several medications and respective antibiotic schemes based on the protocols established by the Ministry of Public Health and international standards traumatological, with very good resolution. The objective of this study is based on determining the therapeutic management of reactive arthritis. This study presents the clinical picture and therapeutic management of reactive arthritis. Description: La artritis reactiva es una patología con difícil diagnostico al inicio, por no tener una causa común aparente que lo describa, además de no existir muchos casos en Ecuador, complican el estudio del mismo, sin embargo, ya con el seguimiento del caso y por descarte de las patologías se puede lograr diagnosticar y tratar con buen criterio.
