Resumen : The inclusive reality in the higher education system still seeks to alter and provide equitable opportunities for young people, and Occupational Therapy is undoubtedly contributing to the process, although it requires outlining a process of attention. Public and private policies in the education system have strengthened inclusion in institutions, allowing for progress in the training of associated professionals. Although the evidence on the subject is limited, it provides evidence and guidance on inclusive care within the educational context. Therefore, this work responds to a theoretical research based on a systematic and methodical review analysis of sources focused on inclusive higher education and its derivatives, with the objective: To analyze the reality of inclusion in higher education from the perspective of Occupational Therapy, in order to strengthen the inclusive processes through the evidence gathered, which is based on the following question: What is the reality of inclusion in higher education from the perspective of Occupational Therapy?. By analyzing the evidence gathered, it can be concluded that, globally, more research and input is still needed in the educational context inclusive from Occupational Therapy and the different areas, so, inclusive reality and the strategies that can be applied to favor it, They are still the subject of debate, despite this, TO's performance has allowed to promote occupational performance by enhancing skills and improving the quality of life of students.
Descripción : La realidad inclusiva en el sistema educativo superior aún busca alterativas para promover y brindar oportunidades equitativas para los jóvenes, y la terapia Ocupacional es sin duda contribuyente en el proceso, aunque requiere esquematizar un proceso de atención. Las políticas públicas y privadas en el sistema educativo han afianzado la inclusión en las instituciones, permitiendo dar un avance en la formación de profesionales asociados.
