Abstract: | This research work entitled “Effectiveness of Labor Policies and Work-Life Balance in the Cnel Company in the city of Manta, year 2024” aims to investigate how the company's labor policies contribute to the balance between work and personal life of workers. The central problem lies in the need to evaluate how effective these policies are. To address this, a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope was used, applying the deductive method. Structured interviews were conducted with questionnaires, authorized recordings, focusing on 10 key informants, including employees, the head of human talent and the company's social worker. The findings show that existing policies, such as leave, health insurance and clear procedures, have helped employees balance their work and family responsibilities. However, areas that need attention were identified, such as ensuring greater equity in the application of these policies, making schedules more flexible, and improving support for workers' daily needs. While these initiatives have been positive, it is critical to make adjustments to ensure that they benefit all workers inclusively and equitably |

El problema central reside en la necesidad de evaluar qué tan efectivas son estas políticas. Para abordar esto, se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo con un alcance descriptivo, aplicando el método deductivo. |
