Abstract: | This research analyzes the incidence of Social Work in the labor welfare of employees of a retail hardware company in Manta canton, year 2024. A bad work environment deeply affects employees and the company, it is very important that the Social Work department exists since it plays a fundamental role in addressing psychosocial, organizational and personal factors that affect the welfare of workers, in this context, Social Work plays a significant role in improving working conditions, strengthening the organizational climate and promoting practices that are favoring the overall health of employees. The objective of the research was to analyze the incidence of Social Work in the well-being of employees, focusing on how the interventions of professionals can improve the quality of life of employees, promoting a healthier and more productive work environment. The quantitative method was used to collect information through surveys to learn about the working conditions and experiences of employees. The population chosen for the research is 60 employees of a Retail Hardware company, within the results it was evidenced that social support and appropriate interventions contribute significantly in improving job satisfaction and motivation. It is contemplated that workers who receive adequate attention and resources have better performance and group cohesion, the project concluded with recommendations in which support programs are implemented to strengthen the welfare of workers, since promoting a positive work environment generated success and sustainability for the company. |
Description: | La presente investigación analiza la incidencia del Trabajo Social en el bienestar laboral de los empleados de una empresa de ferretería retail del cantón Manta, año 2024. Un mal entorno laboral afecta profundamente a los empleados y a la empresa, es muy importante que exista el departamento de Trabajo Social ya que desempeña un papel fundamental al abordar los factores psicosociales, organizacionales y personales que inciden en el bienestar de los trabajadores, en este contexto, el Trabajo Social cumple un rol significativo en la mejora de las condiciones laborales, el fortalecimiento del clima organizacional y la promoción de prácticas que se encuentren favoreciendo la salud integral de los empleados. |
