| Abstract: | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer el turismo de experiencias gastronómicas del cantón Chone, el enfoque metodológico utilizado fue el cuantitativo apoyándose de los métodos analítico-sintético. En cuanto a las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación se utilizó la revisión documental y se aplicaron 70 encuestas a los gestores gastronómicos del cantón Chone cumpliendo con los parámetros establecidos en el proyecto. |
| Description: | The main objective of this research is to strengthen gastronomic experience tourism in the Chone canton. The methodological approach used was qualitative, supported by analytical- synthetic methods. Regarding the research techniques and instruments, documentary review was used and 70 surveys were applied to the gastronomic managers of the Chone canton, complying with the parameters established in the project. |
